New courses for November:  Maths For Adults (Thurs 5th Nov. 7.15pm), Do It Yourself (Monday 9th Nov. 7.15pm), Computing For Beginners (Wed. 11th Nov. 7.15pm), Practical Gardening (Wed. 11th Nov. 9.30 am), Emergency First Aid for Child Carers (Mon. 9th Nov. 7.15pm), Book Keeping (Thurs. 12th Nov. 6 pm), Food Safety in Catering (Wed. 11th Nov. 6.30pm), First Aid At Work (Friday 27th Nov. 9.30 - 4 pm)

There are ALSO still some places left on adult education and family learning courses which have started . Courses with places include: Family Pottery, French Beginner, Italian, Woodwork (Thursday day time and Wednesday evening)), Gentle Yoga,  ESOL, Lip Reading (day time), Sociability and Keep Fit for Over 50s ( Bamford, day time)

  Financial support is available for students on low incomes. Ask in the Community Education office for details. A mini bus comes to the college on Thursday nights. Please note that when you enrol for a course , you will need two pieces of identification. Please bring them with you to the first session of your course.

If you would like advice or guidance on further education or careers, we can arrange a meeting with one of our advice workers.

Ring or e mail us at the Community Education Office for any enquiries. If no one answers your call, it maybe because of we are busy elsewhere in the building. Do leave a message on our answer machine.
